The weather has turned cold and skincare is all bundled up…

Tis the season where joy and giving abound. As do stress and dry skin. At least in my house. Of course it is luckily also the season where skincare sets, bundles, kits and even advent calendars appear like daisies in the snow. The Advent Calendars I will mention another time, but here are some holiday bundles and kits to keep an eye out for. While this is by no means an exhaustive list, here are a few that caught my eye. A couple are going on my gifts to purchase for friends and family and others are going on my personal wish list. So here are five brands to get you started with your holiday shopping.

Let’s start with ESPA. First off they have a Hidden Treasures Advent Calendar ($242) out this year (more about that on the advent calendar post). They also have the Jewels of Nature ($300) or Gems of Modern Alchemy ($270). The Gems and Jewels collections have fewer items, but they appear to all be full size while the Hidden Treasures is a mix of predominantly deluxe samples with a few full size items (i believe) included. The prices I have here are the ones listed on the ESPA website. I believe these are the dollar values as it is the US site, but there are also euros listed so you might want to double check the prices before ordering.

If you have dry and sensitive skin then the Nuxe Reve de Miel Nourishing travel set ($25) might be something you want to look into. It contains four essential products from the Rêve de Miel range: Rêve de Miel Deliciously Nourishing Body Scrub 30 ml, Rêve de Miel Face and Body Ultra-Rich Cleansing Gel 30 ml, Rêve de Miel Ultra-Comforting Face Balm 15 ml, and the Rêve de Miel® Melting Honey Body Oil Balm 30 ml.

Nuxe also has what they call the Pink Set ($35) It includes the Huile Prodigieuse Florale Oil 50ml, Insta Masque Exfoliating Mask 15ml, Prodigieuse Boost Multi-Corrective Gel Cream 15ml and the Very Rose Cleansing Water for Sensitive Skin 40ml. This set is actually on my list. All of the masks from the Insta-masque line I have enjoyed using and I really enjoyed the Prodigueuse gel cream as well. It was light weight and super luxe on the skin. This Pink set is rose scented, but it is the French Rose skincare type of scent rather than the in your face knock me down with intense florals. If that makes sense. The products I tried are rosy but it is more of a ‘fresh roses are located somewhere near this fresh creamy moisturizer’. I personally really enjoyed it. Which is probably why this set is on my wish list.

Nuxe has a men’s skincare duo as well this year. It is the Men’s Essentials Duo ($45). If you are a man who enjoys skincare or are shopping for skincare for a man, this is a good duo to check out. It has the Men’s Multi-use Shower Gel 200ml and the Men’s Moisturising Multi-Purpose Gel 50ml. Personally I can get my babydoll to use something called a multipurpose gel better than I can get him to use a moisturizer. I’m actually looking at this one as a stocking stuffer for him. He’s tried the shower gel and likes the scent. I think it is nice as well. It is kind of spicy and kind of woodsy and a little classy.

Peter Thomas Roth is the place to look for masking bundles and sets.If you just want to try a bunch of masks, or have a mask lover on your shopping list, there is a Masking Minis kit ($19) hat contains five of their best selling masks. The cucumber mask is excellent on dry or irritated skin and their Pumpkin Enzyme mask is fantastic if you want a quick skin refresh. It is the one mask I will repeatedly buy from PTR. (I also adore the Hungarian Thermal Water Moisturizer, but that is a different post). If you know that you or the person you are buying gifts for loves PTR Masks, then the Mask-a-holic Gift set features five full sized masks ($75). There is a PTR sale November 4th-5th (link below) if you are looking to shop pre black Friday/cyber Monday. There will be additional sales then of course, but if you are like me you kind of like to pick up your gifts a bit on the early side.

I’m not entirely certain this is a holiday kit, but I saw the kit and had to include it. It is the Juice Beauty Anti- wrinkle Solutions Kit. It is a trio of products: STEM CELLULAR™ Anti-Wrinkle Booster Serum 0.5 fl oz, STEM CELLULAR™ Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer 0.5 fl oz, and the STEM CELLULAR™ Anti-Wrinkle Eye Treatment 0.25 fl oz. I’ve used the eye treatment and the serum from this trio and they were both very good, the eye treatment especially. Even though it may not be a holiday bundle it is currently vey much reduced in price. Usually it is $106 but currently it is liste for $52It is one of those kits that is well worth looking into.

The Elemis Advent Calendar is always a great way to try a variety of different products and always makes my List of Advent Calendars I want as soon as they go on sale. Which it is currently on sale. However they also have a variety of bundles out right now, All of which are well worth looking into. They have the Glow Getter’s Duo ($68) which comes with an adorable travel bag. There is the Best of Elemis Mini Set ($65) and the Procollagen Essentials set ($199 – all full sized items). If looking for cleansing balms they have a trio of different cleansing balms ($70, again all full size. I adore their cleansing balms). There is the Age Defying Best Sellars Kit ($225) and the Hydrating Day and Night Duo ($195).

To be honest the Elemis Site is chock a block full of sets and bundles and gifts, some full sized and some trial sized. There are several online only exclusives that are also well worth checking out. I could easily go on for several paragraphs just listing the Items so I will stop here and just pride you with links to the site. If you like Elemis or want to try out the brand, now is most definitely the time to do so.

So my darlings, those are just a few of the multitude of bundles starting to emerge. Thee will be more in skincare, as well as haircare, body care and makeup. I’ll try to post them as I become aware of them, but hopefully this list of some of my favorites will help you get started in planning your holiday shopping.
